drink eight to ten glass of water a day, if you drink more then thts good. eat vegetable and plese avoid fast foods. excercise daily. there a lot to do. walk every morning. BTW EVERY AFTER A MEAL DONT SIT DOWN AND BE A LAZY CAOCH POTATO. WALK FOR TEN MINUITES TO LET THE FOOD DOWN. hey diet pills dont work but a balance diet will. its all up to you to control what you eat. hey you can eat everything you want in moderation not everyday. try avoiding sodas.

Thanks. I knew nearly all of this but never was sure how much water to drink. I think, tea works too, if you don't have sugar in it.
